Evening meditation and chanting
We start and end all of our days with a period of chanting and meditation, and we are happy to share this practice virtually with our broader community.
The chanting period lasts approximately 30 minutes, followed by two 28-minute meditation sessions. Bells will sound to indicate the start and end of sessions, as well as breaks. These meditation periods are silent.

NOTE: The start time for the evening meditation is sometimes variable, if our evening activity in the community runs late.
